Secure payments handled by licensed U.S. providers.

Suliit does not process card data on its own servers. Payments run through licensed third-party providers that are PCI-DSS certified. Suliit coordinates the transaction, but the sensitive parts live with regulated partners.

Accepted payment methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • U.S. debit cards from major issuers
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where the buyer's device supports it)
  • Suliit account credit issued from refunds or promotional credit

Transaction processing

At checkout, the buyer's card details are captured directly by our payment processor, tokenized, and used to authorize the transaction. Suliit receives a payment token — never a full card number. Once the seller confirms fulfillment, funds are captured and eventually paid out to the seller on their payout schedule.

Payment protection

Every transaction is screened for fraud in real time. Card networks and Suliit's processors apply their own risk models before authorizing; Suliit adds an additional pass looking at buyer, seller, and order history signals. A transaction that fails these checks is declined, usually within seconds.

Refund process

When a refund is approved — either directly by the seller or after a buyer protection review — funds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the buyer's bank, but most refunds land within 3–7 business days.

Order management

Every buyer and every seller has an order dashboard. Buyers see status, tracking, and any communication with the seller. Sellers see the order details they need to fulfill: what was purchased, where it's going, and when it needs to ship. Financial totals — subtotal, shipping, fees, and payout — are itemized on every seller order.

What Suliit will never do. We will never ask you for your full card number over the phone. We will never ask you to send a payment outside of Suliit for a listing on the platform. We will never text you asking for a login code. If any of these happens, contact support immediately.
