Refund policy

Because Suliit is a marketplace, refunds are largely governed by the individual seller's return policy, which is shown on every product page. This document describes how Suliit itself handles refunds at the platform level.
Seller return policies
Every seller must publish a return policy on their storefront and on their product listings. Typical categories include:
- Standard returns: the buyer can return the item within a stated window (commonly 14 or 30 days).
- Final sale: the item is not returnable (usually applies to custom-made, personalized, or perishable goods).
- Exchanges only: the seller offers replacement rather than refund.
Read the return policy on the listing before you buy. If a seller's return policy conflicts with Suliit's buyer protection, buyer protection applies.
Buyer protection refunds
If a case is decided in the buyer's favor under Suliit buyer protection, Suliit will refund the buyer to the original payment method. The seller's account will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within one business day of authorization. The buyer's bank usually takes an additional 3–7 business days to make the funds visible on the buyer's statement.
Fees on refunded orders
Suliit does not charge additional fees when a seller issues a refund. If a chargeback is filed instead of a refund request, a $15 chargeback fee applies to the seller, passed through from the card network.
